"Loud noise showers "

Great place to stay. Only complaint is the shower sliding glass doors didnโ€™t slide. They screamed a loud shriek.

"Excellent"

We left at 10:30 and they shut the lobby coffee off at 10. Another hour would have been nice and maybe cookies for the road. It's just a nice touch for travelers.

Heated pool

Pictures showed water slide and hot tub but there were neither. Room was dirty. There were grape stems and sunflower seeds on the floor and the sheets on one of the beds was stained/dirty.

"Pretty expensive for not having much in the room and the beds were not very comfortable."

Convince of location for a wedding we were at

Paid for three people in a suite and there was one regular coffee and one decaf coffee in the room. Did not get the wedding discount we were there for. There was no option when booking on line and when checking in it was not offered when the person at the desk knew we were part of the wedding party.

"No soundproofing "

Clean hotel. But had a birthday party of kids above us jumping off the beds and stomping around. I called the front desk and they stopped to about 5 minutes only to start back up again. We were able to switch rooms, but I didnโ€™t get reimbursed for the suite room I paid for and didnโ€™t get it. Because when we switched rooms, there were no other suites available.

Very nice dining room. Ate both dinner and breakfast there. Sevice and food were great! Wonderful room, clean spacious and quiet. We were very pleased with our stay. We would give it 5 stars!
