Not much

The fact they did not honour my prepaid booking with booking.com and made me pay for my room again. I gave them all my booking details and showed the payment receipt. The receptionist called his manager but she was ineffective and told me to cancel my booking with booking.com and rebook directly with them. I refused to cancel my valid, prepaid booking as I knew it was non-refundable. I now need to claim repayment via booking.com, not want what I want on my holiday.

Convenient location for a stay before exploring Everglades NP. Easy parking, comfortable bed, good A/C. Wonderful cinnamon rolls!

Entrance had very little lighting and that was also true of the room.
