quick over night trip...very friendly staff. clean rooms. and nice breakfast in the morning.

I love staying at Holiday Inn Express Grenada the overall experience is always fantastic. I rated lower because the carpets are showing the regular wear and beg that you please keep them regularly cleaned meaning SHAMPOOED otherwise I will need to try other options and NOT your competition across the street (HI) they have really let themselves go and without regular attention to detail like my feedback your establishment will be equally nasty and disgusting just like them. I refer A LOT of people to your hotel please dont have me speak of your hotel as i do of your competitor. Just have more commitment to detail or cleanliness beyond the day to day basics and you will be a 5 star next time.

The manager, Basil, was clearly trained at a very high quality hospitality school. He was friendly, polished, eloquent and really took care of us. The rooms are not five star (nor should they be), but they were clean and comfortable. Nothing malfunctioned. The complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. One quirky thing was the text I got before check-out which we did not mind at all. It likely makes the rooms quicker and less expensive. Here it is: "Good Morning! This is just a friendly reminder to please put all dirty towels and/or sheets outside the room for our housekeeping to be coming around to pick up soon, and for attendants to be able to service your room in a timely manner. We truly appreciate your cooperation within this matter. Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Grenada! You are greatly appreciated!"

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and a big plus for us is the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
