Exceptional service, clean rooms, and an amazing pool!

They stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautiful,spacious and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place that we highly recommend .We stayed in the renovated rooms which are beautiful .Family run and allways extra attention to the details .Very nice local food .Beach is walking distance and one of the best of Cyprus.Very calm area but also near the charming village of Polis .Nice pool and facilities .

I truly recommend this place. Beautifully located, peaceful, surrounded by magnificent garden with lots of blossoming bushes. There is a very hardworking gardener who looks after the plants everyday.Some of the apqrtaments have got a seaview. There is a wild short path to to beach about 8 min walk, at the end of it you cross local road. The beach is very long and wide, not sandy, but you can buy sunbeds and umbrellas (set of 2 beds and 1 umbrella is 7.50 euros) The beach isnt crowded. We were positvely surprised by the extremaly friendly and helpful staff. The roooms are cleaned everyday and there are always clean towels and sheets. The cleaning ladies are also very nice and helpful. The owner of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. She is very talented, giving live piano concerts. She also has a great knowledge of ancient mythology and beautifully talks about the region It was a great pleasue to meet her and talk to her. The food was also very tasty, the chef is a very good cook. There was fish, chicken, pork , lamb and even octopus,nice vegetables ,fresh salads and watermelon, melon or other fruit and some cakes. On the day if the departure we got some sandwiches and snacks for our trip. It was very nice! There are nice swimming pools and a drink bar however we always prefer beach. We really enjoyed our holiday in Akamanthea holiday village!!!! Thank you!!!

My family and I stayed in this hotel and really enjoyed it, beginning with the staff who were very friendly and helpful, specially the Owner Fibi, she is really nice woman and very friendly. The two pools are amazing with nice atmosphere. Rooms are big and nice but please take into consideration that the beds are not very comfortable. I had our dinner and breakfast in the hotel , the food is good but they can do better . There are no kids activities but the owner said that they are preparing for next summer to start kids activities, which is very exciting. Thank you Fibi and staff. Younan

We had a lovely time in Latchi and at the Akamanthea. Clean, comfortable and quiet, with friendly staff. Great place to stay either to relax by the pool or to enjoy the area.

I travel a lot and stay at around 50 hotels a year, and Akamanthea Holiday Village turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff from the reception to the cleaners and restaurant team were all incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay. The place itself has a quiet charm. Yes, the furniture and kitchen facilities are a bit older, but that actually adds to its cozy and laid-back feeling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I had room service almost every day, which was great. The pool area is large and perfect for a calm swim or just relaxing by the sunbeds. It’s also just an 8-minute walk through a scenic open field to the beach, a really nice way to start or end the day. I also used the washing service twice during my stay, which made it easy to continue my travels with a fresh suitcase of clothes, such a convenient option! The atmosphere is generally quiet, with mostly families and couples staying here, so it’s easy to get a good rest. There’s plenty of free parking on site as well, which made coming and going smooth and stress-free. All in all, it’s a lovely and peaceful spot to unwind, and I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something simple, friendly, and relaxing!

We had a really pleasant stay at this lovely hotel, made up of small houses, each with its own balcony or private outdoor space. We stayed in a mini apartment with a small kitchen, living area, bedroom, and a balcony. The bathroom was a bit dated and small but had a bathtub, which was great for our child. The rooms also have smart TVs. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, both inside and outside. Each room had a clothes drying rack and good air conditioning, which was really appreciated. There’s a beautiful sea view and a large, clean pool suitable for both adults and children. The area is very quiet, perfectly located between Polis and Latchi — ideal if you have a car to explore the surroundings. The staff were very kind and helpful (a special thank you to Rachman and Shekib!). The all-inclusive option is "soft" — some things like local Alcohol (Uso or Grappa) or ice cream were extra, but other drinks and cocktails Always available. Breakfast was excellent with Greek yogurt, homemade cakes, fruit, savoury options, and eggs cooked in three different ways. Lunch and dinner were average, there was always a choice of meat, fish, and salads. Since our daughter can be a picky eater, they kindly prepared plain pasta or sandwiches for her on request. A few things could be improved: the Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well in the rooms farther away, and the beds are quite soft. We were three and our daughter slept on the sofa bed, but we preferred to keep it closed as the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable — this could definitely be improved. It would also be nice if the kitchen was equipped with at least a couple of pans and pots to make it more functional. Despite these small points, we were very happy with our stay and we would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday!
