So convenient

Great location, property well taken care of and the staff was professional, responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a good location, lots of shops, restaurants, bars all within walking distace. The room itself was nice enough no complaints, good size fridge and beds were comfy. Breakfast was acceptable nothing special but good enough.

Nothing really is was about what I expected.

Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Good customer service. Great hotel overall.

Beds were a little too soft and TV remote was slow.

Terrific place to stay while in the Phoenix area. We were here for a weekend birthday celebration in Rio Verde and the location of the Fountain Park was perfect. Hotel staff is very kind and knowledgable of the area. The hotel is SUPER clean (which is the #1 requirement for me.). The bed was comfortable and the rooms were appointed well. A lot of the pictures posted here are from when the hotel was a Holiday Inn. The furniture in our room was modern and comfortable with a microwave and a small refrigerator that included a freezer! There was also a Keurig in the room with coffee and tea cups. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but we slept fine after turning it off. We will definitely stay her again. AND, go to Chompie's for breakfast. The pictures of "breakfast" at the hotel are accurate. Cereals, breads, juice, fresh fruit, yogurts and coffee. There are prepackaged sandwiches that you can heat up in the microwave. We enjoyed the park across the street and watched the fountain go off. GREAT coffee shop across the street as well.

Location, nicely appointed rooms, generous breakfast

Staff need training in customer service. I was told on two separate occasions how much they hate third party bookings. That’s not very welcoming to a guest!
