The location was great. Easy to find. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

When I booked my room I had 2 queen beds and a sitting area with a couch. I requested a room on the bottom floor due to back and hip issues. When I checked in my room only had the 2 beds and NO sitting area. The lady at the front desk was VERY hateful and rude when I asked about the sitting area. She said they had moved me to the bottom floor per my request and I never had a sitting area. I told her I did when I booked because I needed the couch for one of my grandchildren. She said they were sold out and couldn't accommodate both my request for bottom floor and sitting area. Told me to choose then said again they were sold out. So I had no option but to take the room on the bottom floor. She then wanted to charge me $12.00 for a cot. My grandson had to sleep on the floor! I didn't appreciate booking one thing and being charged for it and then being given something less than I paid for. I won't be staying there again. Also the breakfast was horrible. Eggs were hard, sausage extremely greasy and the pancakes were not done. You could see uncooked batter. The gravy was way too thick and greasy too. We tried to eat but it was so terrible we threw it away.

Breakfast was warm and filling. Nice choices

Stayed on the 1st floor, that was carpeted, but the second floor was tile and the sound of high heels and heavy people walking carried thru the concrete and brick walls. Especially for the late arrivals after midnight.

Had great breakfast variety, including drink variety, as well as a few to go options. Room was very clean, and size was perfect for solo travel. I liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Would stay at this location again.
