Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock by IHG

2 Parkeerboetes ontvangen voor de huurauto die we in de garage van het hotel hadden geparkeerd. Na een aantal keer contact te hebben gehad met het hotel hebben ze nu de daadwerkelijke parkeerboetes kunnen annuleren, maar weigeren ze de administratiekosten van 40£ per boete te betalen die het verhuurbedrijf in rekening heeft gebracht voor het verwerken van de binnengekomen boetes. Schandalig!

Excellent rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, with a good range of food for all. Professional friendly helpful staff. Location is excellent for the local Syon Park and Brentford football stadium. Great bus and train station nearby for connections to all parts of London.

TV screen could be bigger.

We have stayed several times at this location. The rooms are ideal for us, breakfast is of a good quality. The staff are always friendly , helpful and professional

The location was superb

The reception area gives a completely different appearance to the accomodation. The rooms were more like a travel lodge but also less clean . Check in it all fromm 3.00pm as a result we experienced a 10 deep que, which I can except. However when you get to your room which had not been cleaned nor was there coffee or tea avalable. I meant rejoining the still 10 deep que to request assistance. Finally, later in age day there was no TV controller in the room as it had be taken to a different room. A complete joke .

Not near any stations so a long walk or stay around Brentford new town
