I loved everything about this Hotel. It was exceptionally clean from the lobby to the room. The towels were unbelievably Lilly white. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast variety that was provided. The front desk staff who checked me in was very accommodating and courteous. I like that the Hotel is right in the heart of everything, there were shopping areas everywhere, they were restaurants where you can eat. I like the fact that hot beverages are provided 24/7. There is nothing bad I can say about this Holiday Inn. I had an amazing time!

My husband and I are from out of state, and this was a great, affordable hotel to stay at over the holidays while visiting my family. I was able to use the Wi-Fi for work, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, I especially loved that they offered a turkey sausage option, which is rare to find these days. I loved my room, great bathroom, I would have preferred a shower instead of a tub, but they did have tub grips on the floor of the tub which was helpful. The staff were incredibly attentive, pleasant, and helpful.

1. We had a great two-day stay. I may return in the summer, but the softness of the beds was a drawback. The beds were very plush and soft. I requested additional pillows which helped a bit. An upgrade in bed are needed. 2. Also a non-guest entered the hotel looking for food, and the front desk staff had to handle the situation without proper security. While I understand the need for compassion, having two female staff members escort the man outside felt unsafe for both staff and guests. Fortunately, he was not aggressive and eventually left on his own. I recommend a security officer at the entrance.
