Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Clearwater US 19 North by IHG

There was construction going on, I was not warned about this before hand. The bath tubs had rust and dirt in them, the staff at check-in were not willing to store our luggage even though I called the day before and the woman on the phone said that they would hold my luggage. There was constant construction in the lobby, portions of the lobby had no floors.

La chambre à mobilité réduite alors que nous ne l’avions pas demandé. Nous étions 4 et n’avons eu que 3 serviettes. Le petit déjeuner très basique. La piscine qui était pleine de feuilles. La femme de chambre qui frappe à 9h20 le jour de notre départ pour faire la chambre.

Not being able to park my vehicle at hotel my last night there because other guests had parked their vehicles laterally across marked parking spots taking up a minimum of three spaces.

I came to this hotel with a huge group of friends for our annual SL Tampa Jam. The staff, Ms Erica and Chrissie, were very sweet and professional. Phenomenal customer service!

Chrissie was very helpful and pointed out a issue i had no idea about. She was quick to fix it. No matter what I needed during my stay she did it with a smile.

Wonderful experience with zero complaints! Chrissie, front desk, is absolute PERFECTION working with guests & ensuring all needs are met at the highest standard. Honestly the best customer service we’ve received in a very long time - that gal deserves a raise, she’s one of the main reasons we will stay here again! Thx to all of the staff, especially Miss Chrissie 😊
