Holiday Inn Yuma by IHG

It was great to be offered the shuttle to take us where we wanted to go! The front desk staff are excellent, friendly and efficient! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet! Location was easy to find and close a major highway! They had a nice pool and a gym although we didn’t use either as we were just staying overnight and moving on!

Great stay. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Always a hello or have a great day when we passed by. Great coffee in the lobby ( also Keurig in room). Pool was fantastic. Only drawback was air shut off at times in the night but we just turned it back on. We will stay here again when we visit family.

Long views. Excellent staff!!!! Burger Theory was great. Food good, service great. Went to Territorial Priison and awesome free tour. Hot but enjoyable. Did first and last night as stopping point on a Phoenix to CA trip.

Rooms were updated and pool and hot tub were nice amenities. We also had free water bottles which was nice.

Hotel next to I8 and can hear traffic. Bathroom lights were like the sun! Needed a dimmer! Additionally bathroom needs a fan and a makeup mirror.

It was very clean and pet friendly.

We have found this to be a wonderful hotel whether we are in the area for a few days or just a quick in/out. The hotel lobby is light and open with a nice business seating area and a great eaterie to the side of the business tables. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. There is good counter space in the bathroom too. The location is also great and very close to a nice pocket of restaurants, fast food and easy access to I-8. There is a nice pool area and lots of parking. A great place to stay. I also want to give a special thank you to the front desk person, Jacob, who was so helpful to us. He gave us suggestions on restaurants, directions to other places we needed to go and overall the most friendly and nicest of all the front desk personnel we met, even though they were all good. Jacob was a cut-above to us.

Argued about free breakfast. Didn’t have correct info about # in my party, charged an additional deposit fee
