Kids running up and down the halls, yelling screaming, and tearing stuff up until after 1 AM in the morning. Front desk was called four separate times and each time was told they would investigate.

Breakfast had several great options that all tasted great.

Price was on the high side for this type of hotel.

The beds were really comfy.

I discovered bugs on the bed. Staff relocated me to sister hotel.

It was clean and had a good breakfast, beds were comfortable and a good value

I booked a standard queen room and was put up in a handicap room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor wasn't an issue for me it was strange to be given a handicap accessible room when I didn't request that and do not need it.

Rooms were decent.

The pool area looked awful. Strong chemical odor from lobby down the hallway to my room. But once in the room it was ok. The negative experience is due to the fact they charged my card twice and even though they are telling booking.com that they refunded and resolved the issue, my card is still showing as a charge. A POSTED charge and not just under PENDING charges. I have tried different ways to reach out and nothing from the hotel to me. I travelled internationally to stay there and now I am back home and I feel like this won’t be resolved.
