The water tastes terrible, there is no water pressure in the shower, and the A/C did not cool the room properly. Staff is very nice and for the most part it is pretty clean. I like staying there because of the area and convenience, but may have to look elsewhere next time.

Just home month from yet another fantastic trip have stayed here numerous times and never fails to meet my expectations Rooms spotless breakfast plentiful Pool area plenty beds and clean towels we went thru the freak weather over 100 everyday plenty parasols in pool area What makes this hotel is the staff and Mayor the manager goes above and beyond for travellers he is fantastic and very caring and helpful nothing a problem to him 10/10 to Mayor and staff and we will be back

"Good experience in overall."

It is simple and quick to check in and check out. It is a trusted team, I forgot my slippers and when I called reception after two days I was surprised it was there, and they kept it for me.

I was having many luggage, and I didn't observe anyone to help me carry them to the room.

"Rooms are cramped"

Room felt a little bit cramped and this place has so many rooms that if they put you at the back of the hotel when you check in you have quite a nice walk to get to your room from the lobby. The breakfast was pretty good though. Staff was very friendly.

The reception desk was supper nice and helpful. Stayed in a suite on the 1st floor. The room had some chemical smell probably due to cleaners, the window screen did not seal well.
