De las experiencias mas desagradables🤧que hemos tenido,el cuarto que nos dierón olía a plomo no se soportaba respirar ahí ,literal salimos con un brote respiratorio directo para el hospital.Aparte no hay parqueo porque llegan personas con botes y les permiten agarrar 4 parqueos a la vez .

I liked the bed!

The management was rude when checking in to the hotel. I was standing in line to be waited on and the manager took another person in line instead of helping me first. He had just walked up to the counter. I asked if I was next and the manager said he was already in the hotel. I looked and said "I'm in the hotel, too" He went on to help the man anyways?????? I will never stay at another Holiday Inns Express!!!!! Not to mention we went to the room to discover they did not restock our towels during the day.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Muy limpio y organizado todo. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Es curioso pero la cama es demasiado alta. Algunas personas del hotel pueden mejorar su servicio, aunque en general es muy bueno.

Quiet location and relatively close to the Miami Open Tennis Stadium. Room was large, had good facilities in the room eg fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom was clean.

TV service very poor, it was showing bad quality. Limited channels, I was unable to watch the tennis. The staff said I need to raise this in my feedback. Room service was not great. I stayed 2 weeks, but only had a thorough clean once or twice on request. The room was slightly dated compared to the holiday Inn in Miramar.
