Holiday Inn Express Branford-New Haven by IHG

We were here for a family event and it's the second time we've stayed at the hotel - the bed are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean with a bit of wear around the edges, the staff is accommodating and they have a breakfast with enough options for anyone - it's a classic Holiday Inn.

Clean but could you a little updating in the breakfast area. The chair seats were peeling

We have stayed at this hotel many times as there aren't many choices in this town. We havent been here in about 3 years and what a difference! Previously this was a very mediocre lodging. Now it seems to be completely updated and is very modern. Everyone working at the hotel was so pleasant and went out of their way to help. After our flight was canceled we arrived wearing the same clothes we had been in for 2 days! The manager, I forget her name, got us an early check-in so we could shower and go to the graduation ceremony on time. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Chambre confortable avec tout le nécessaire. L'espace de rangement est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est super.

Breakfast was great and the people worked the breakfast were outstanding. Kept it stocked and very clean.

The bathroom had issues with the tub. Very slow drain, told the front desk twice. Still was slow and leaked water on to the floor/
