My TV didn’t work. After two trips to the front desk I changed rooms. About an hour later someone attempted entry to my room as front desk had not updated my transfer in their system. Front desk employee was kind but I believe overwhelmed with guests. Where was the manager???

I was surprised!! I don’t think I have ever stayed in an express and it was dirty. I am sure the sheets are not clean. They were wrinkled. The shower is FILTHY. My 8 year old said she can’t put her feet in there. There is dust in corners and trash. And it has a musky smell. I cancelled my room at comfort in. Because I saw this. And I knew I would get a clean room. I hope the manager does not put a generic message to this. That is horrible for them to do that. I can’t get over this. Room 213!! I tour 200 nights a year. Just want clean rooms. I used to manager hotels. This is unacceptable.

"Great front desk "

Front desk person Wendy was very helpful with check in do to room not being ready yet. Was told it would be a 30 minute delay. However by the time we returned with bags the room was ready. She was very patient with me due me have a headache from driving.

I travel to Pellcity Al every month to see my granddaughter. I have stayed at the Hampton for the last several years. I will say I will now stay at the Holiday Inn express now. This is the best hotel I’ve ever travel to and experience!

We had a great stay (since prior place was gross and unsafe). Staff was awesome. However one thing you need to fix is i have a teen who is in wheelchair and couldnt use the chair lift for pool. This is a issue as it doesn't comply with ADA. You need to get anything that is ADA required fixed and up to date. Im a 60yr old who was having to lift a 100lb boy in and out of pool. Please fix. We enjoyed our stay thank you
