Seemed like there was not a lot of attention to detail: needed to ask for decaf coffee(all out), TP (ran out and no extra), hallway smelled of weed, sheets smelled like people sweat. Cleaning Staff did not speak English. A/C was tremendous!! Breakfast was outstanding.

We booked a room last minute because our flight was canceled and there was a flood. We had no bags or clothes, so we had to ask for toothbrushes. The man at the front desk was so incredibly rude, he wouldn’t look me in the eye and

"TERRIBLE."

DO NOT STAY HERE! They have little to no air-conditioning, the rooms are muggy and everything is under construction. The fourth floor had open electrical rooms with construction debris and items like chairs and lamps pouring out of them (could not close the doors due to the amount of STUFF. The last night that we booked we could not handle it any more and left early because it smelled like a sewer line was busted, but the front desk said there was nothing wrong. This is obviously under new (and terrible) management - don't let the previous good reviews fool you. It's AWFUL.
