"Little extras made a difference"

From check in to check out this was a great stay. There was complimentary ice cream and chips when we arrived that made my kids super happy. The room was large and clean. The pool was wonderful with a nice hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was nice and there was even gluten free muffins. When we checked out we were offered a water bottle. Such a nice stay.

"Great Customer Service"

Nice and clean hotel. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. Front desk associate Robert Guzman was so kind and accommodating even though the hotel was booked up. Will definitely be back!

Good location between the airport and Austintown. Very spacious room with a super king size bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast included.

Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful. My car battery needed to be recharged, as I left my interior lights on overnight. A staff member was prepared to recharge the battery in minutes. I’ll likely have to visit Cleveland multiple times over the next few years. I am sure this hotel will be where I stay regularly.
