The location was amazing and we love the fact that it had two king beds. It had a nice microwave and refrigerator and they were able to accommodate us on a ground floor room near door for our dog. The staff was also fantastic.

A couple things stood out. Well the property does advertise pets accepted, it is not dog friendly. There was no grass around the hotel to walk your dog or for them to relieve themselves. Everything was just rock, gravel and pavement. Every hotel, we stayed in the past that was advertised as pet friendly at least had a little grass area for a pet relief station. The other issue was breakfast. The main star of the show was the pancake maker and it was not really functioning either morning. They also did not have that many options and a lot of the food was out.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The beds were VERY comfortable. The staff were the friendliest and most professional staff I've ever experienced. Loved the free coffee available 24/7.

The pancake maker was broken, which was disappointing.

"Girls Weekend"

I have stayed here many times, but I definitely noticed that the rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom door in our room looked pretty bad, peeling veneer, bottom edge of the door was cracked. Door needed to be replaced. Overall the room was very clean. Location is perfect. Staff was nice.

"Family fun for all."

The location was perfect walkable distance to all our family needs. The beach,aquarium, shopping malls, food and arcade all 10 mis or less! The pool and hot tub was great! The kids looked forward to afternoon cookies and the easy use of the snack corner. Breakfast was great fresh and many things to choose from. The fires were great and you can make amorea qith the family.
