The location was great and the staff was friendly

Great location and clean

Stayed for a conference at the Convention Center. Beds were very confortable. Breakfast was nice. Location great. Loved the peaceful riverview. Clean. Nice to sit at the desk and look out the window. Did not care for the living sitting area. Needed natural light.

I liked the view from the room but we were told it had a balcony which it did not. The ladies working the front desk during the day were all smiles and friendly. The cleaning staff were amazing as well.

There is only one elevator and it moves like a sloth. They have no napkins to give to anyone staying. We arrived 45 mins before breakfast was over and they were out of milk and several other items. The hard boiled eggs were sitting in a bowl unwrapped in the fridge and were hard as a rock and the gal cleaning was too Busy pushing us out of the way while trying to get food and did not offer to accommodate the child I was with to get her some milk. The pool was absolute chaos a group of boys were yelling, splashing and being rude and not one adult told them to calm down. I had to go ask a friend a question and I ended up getting soaked by these boys. The pool was unusable for little children. No staff in sight to make them follow the pool rules. Wasted money on breakfast and a pool we could not eat or use.

Clean and very friendly staff

Everything was great besides having the room on the first floor right next to the kitchen area. It was very loud in the mornings and we were woken up by pans banging around.

We stay here every time we come to visit family and have always enjoyed our stay! The staff is always friendly, the rooms are very clean and updated, great location and free breakfast!

Always a great vacation at this property. It was busier this year and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Debbie at the front desk put us on the rush cleaning lust since we were early. Rooms were clean and comfortable..

The wife unit and I enjoy our time visiting Seaside, and this has become our Ho'Tell of choice. It is close to everything we enjoy doing/seeing within the little town, plus it is easy to travel between cities/areas along the coast. Location is nice, short walk down along all the shops, to the touristy things, and still far enough away to avoid the hassle of tourist parking. Good location for our needs, with a consistent, comfortable stay
