Llegue una hora antes del check in y nonte dan la habitación (en otros hoteles si te la dan) y cusndo da la hora ponen a solo a una persona a entregar las llaves. Ademas hacia mucho calor en la recepción y se fue la luz el domingo y también se sentia mucho calor en la habitación El domingo empiezan a presionar desde las 10 de la mañana para que entregues la habitación.

El hotel está situado en un área industrial y con mucho tráfico por lo que si es algo ruidosa en el exterior (alberca, jardines) pero la habitación es excelente y silenciosa y el personal muy amable

Del hotel estuvo bien todo, lo que puedo dar a conocer es que hice la reservación vía booking como siempre lo realizo, pero antes de hacer check in en el hotel me di cuenta que no escogí una habitación que incluyera desayuno, por lo que intenté hacer la modificación en la pagina y no tuve opción, por lo que hablé por teléfono a atención a clientes de booking, y aunque fueron muy amables y atentos, la única opción que me plantearon fue que ustedes de booking enviarían un correo al hotel para pedir la autorización del cambio en la reservación, y que la respuesta podría llevar hasta 48hrs, Desistí de la opción y me quedé con la reservación inicial, ya que era inviable que esperara tanto tiempo, Mi recomendación es que se tenga esa opción de modificar reservación sin necesidad de cancelar. gracias
