Despite I asked couple of time for the reservation change, hotel and Booking both not accountable. I dropped email to Hotel manager, no response. I had to pay 5 nights for my 1 night stays. This is ridiculously unacceptable for the service and communication.

The location worked very well for us as we were visiting ill relatives. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. The upstairs lobby came in handy to get some work/phone calls done.

The front desk staff is at times hard to understand. When we extended our stay, the gentleman quoted me a price then it wasn't until I saw the charge on my credit card that the amount charged was not what he quoted. A female at the front desk adjusted the rate & helped to take care of the issue.
