Fantastic location! View is outstanding! They stored our luggage and were very helpful on last day with getting our luggage to train station.

Had requested early check in weeks before and if it was possible we would get it with an extra charge and if not they could store our luggage. That was fine. Early check in couldn’t happen as they were very busy. No problem. 2 hours prior to their check in time they started checking other people in while we were told several times they were ‘still cleaning our room’. After 2 hours and told once again that they were still cleaning the room, I said ‘how long does it take to clean a room?’ The head person said ‘ just give them one of the rooms that are ready’! We were furious! The girl that was working was very rude and kept rolling her eyes. NOT a good first impression! Other than that the rest of the stay was good.

Convenient walkable location, breakfast good but crowded, rooms relatively quiet and screened windows open, rooms basic, no hair conditioner in bathroom, lobby always crowded without comfortable seating.

The hotel room was average, the early checkin policy is idiotic when our room was ready at 10 am and they wanted to charge us 75.00, so we waited til 3 to check in. We had the room Above us at 6 am running, jumping and banging on the ceiling for 3 hours like a herd of elephants . Less than relaxing conditions for the price you are charging

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in mid-May and we were very happy with our accommodations. The room was clean and had a small mini fridge. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they had laundry facilities on-site. This turned out to be very useful even though I initially had no intention of using it, but decided to take advantage of so that my husband didn't have to worry about running out of clean clothes durning our trip. The one thing that I think would have made this room perfect was having a nice balcony to sit on to enjoy the beautiful view we had of the harbor and the mountains, but with the weather being so unpredictable this time of year, I'm not sure how much we would have actually used it even if we had one. I also loved the continental breakfast that was offered. It was simple but easy, and we got to enjoy a nice view of the harbor as we ate. We did not do the boat tour that departs from the hotel, but if you were to do that this is a very convenient base of operations. I was caught a little off guard when we checked in because a boat tour must have just docked and everyone seemed to filter through the lobby as they get off the boat so the lobby was very crowded, however, this didn't last long and everyone cleared out pretty quickly. Overall this was a nice, clean hotel and I would stay here again.

Decent location and great if you’re doing a tour with Major Marine tours as check-in is onsite

Room was very tired and not particularly comfortable. Mis-communication from staff around the shuttle to the cruise port and when it would be available so we nearly missed our excursion leaving from there.

Location was only good point.

1. Almost cold water for shower 2. Very thin and shear curtains did nothing to block morning light and I woke extremely early. 3. No bar soap or no liquid soap for shower 4. Mattress was only ok 5. Only one, slow elevator 5. Room appointments were not on par with cost of room
