I generally love Holiday Inn Express, which is why I chose this one.

The shower had mold in it, especially around the caulking edges. There was constant maintenance and so it was very loud. Between leaf blowing and hallway maintenance.

The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. It exceeded my expectations. Bed was comfortable as well. I plan to stay at this hotel anytime I travel to Ellensburg. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind.
