Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre - Armouries by IHG

Without exception, staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. They happily kept my bag on the day of my departure. The room was very well appointed. The separate toilet is a good touch. A notice offering to top-up beverages is a first for me. I tend to take extra coffee, sugar and milk with me as I find there is never enough. Conveniently close to the Armouries where I attended a conference. Also, easy walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The included breakfast was very good - fresh and a good variety of hot food to choose from.

The TV remote needs replacing as the battery cover does not stay on and the device did not always work.

Hotel was in perfect location for party at Royal Armories. The room had everything we could ask for. Love the shower. Good space to move about in a room, little drink station. Discount on car park.

I could ask for a fridge in a room but understand its a luxury. Irion board and hairdryer were so hidden we only found them on a way out. Pillows were way too high
