La Quinta by Wyndham Cleburne

Staff is some what friendly but the stay was not great. The hotel room smelled like mold and you could see the black mold in the rest room. We did are best as it was just one night but right before bed we discovered we were not the only ones in the room. We killed some roaches in the restroom as well about an inch long. Was not offered any fix or compensation for the issue witch I was surprised. Never going back to that hotel..

Air conditioning was leaking and tv remote did not work The hotel was clean and quiet

The front desk was very, very rarely manned. All the trash cans were full our entire three day stay, with trash sitting outside rooms in the hallway the entire time as well. Broken tiles were in the bathroom, terribly stained grout in shower, the pool was not something I would have dared to swim in. The hallway carpet was stained extensively in several spots. The lighting in the facility was less than ideal, maybe they are trying to conserve electricity. The hotels fence is in extreme disrepair all around the perimeter. I would never stay again. Last night there I had a bug crawling on me in the bed…

This La Quinta is the filthiest most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed in. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The rooms are NOT cleaned properly. Absolutely filthy from the entrance, to the elevator, the rooms, and the pool. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Hair and gunk all over the bathrooms. Dirty walls. Broken glass picture frames hanging on the walls. I will NEVER stay at a La Quinta again. There were no standards upheld. This place looks like they charge hourly. Run.

The people were nice, and it was pretty clean, but that is the best it gets and it definitely could have been cleaner. The room was incredibly musty when we first got there, that went away with about 2 hours of running the AC. The mattress was incredibly firm, the pillows were seriously deflated. The bathroom camode had a crack and the shower curtain had holes in it. The breakfast was seriously sad, the waffle maker is too hot so the inside of the waffles were all raw. The blankets were very nice though and the AC did get very cold which was super nice.

They rooms were clean but on one of the rooms found clothes laying around.

The location

Not being clean, the common area was warm and dark the entrance to the property was as dark. Standard items stopper for the tub, towels a working tv. The bed was a nightmare the coil was broken and we felt it for 2 days. The side table was raggedly and we were scared to touch it. The property was unclean I had to stuff a towel under the door because of the odor from the kitchen. Had it not been the for the baseball game my nephew was playing in your stadium we would have left. We are seniors and we drove 3 hours to this nightmare. Let’s recap the chair under the desk was suppose to roll it didn’t, the tv wasn’t working, it cut on and we couldn’t change any channels. The chair in the room was visible nasty , no stopper for the tub, didn’t have a directory in the desk, I won’t talk about the wall paper coming off the wall in the bathroom.

Hotel and room were dirty. Front desk staff was rude. It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and it was my first, last and only time staying at any La Quinta by Wyndham properties. The furniture in the room was dirty and raggedy. The toilet was cracked and there was a clothing item in the bathroom from a previous guest.
