The bar was lovely & had friendly staff! Great happy hour!

Lots of noise on the floor above.

Great rooms, plenty of space . Clean and very nice bathrooms.

Filter in ventilation system had a cigarette odor. It's time to clean out those AC/Heat filters and vents.

Our room was luxurious, everything was clean comfortable. A great place to come back to after a cold December walk around town. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. The cafe was delightful for dinner. The small courtyard between building s was great place to pause and enjoy the evening. Our dog was well received. We had a room next o the elevator... usually something I would not tolerate but the noise was so minimal that we did could not complain. The Tesla destination chargers were appreciated as there are no nearby superchargers

One nit is the room descriptions could have been clearer about which rooms are in the new versus original building. They seem to have updated their pet policy to allow larger dogs (yea) but the word has not pushed through sites like booking.com.

No coffee in the room. You had to ask for it

They said my room had a balcony. But it did not. Having a guard rail right outside of a sliding glass door is not a balcony. I felt i was mislead and i was very disappointed

The room itself was underwhelming.
