"Not Exactly Excellent As Rated"

The hotel clean but with semi musty disinfectant smell I sprayed our room with air freshener. Everything looked freshly laundered white and crisp only the sole upholstered chair with a stain and noticeable wear.Set up of hotel itself and front desk didn't look anything like photo.

"Not worth it, run. "

Rude staff who straight up ignored us, interrupted our wedding, and then lied when confronted about it. They were not helpful and clearly not sorry either. Absolutely awful start to finish, under no circumstances should you stay here We were made to get our own bedding multiple times, ignored when asked for fresh towels, and interrupted during our wedding to confirm something we confirmed on check in. When we confronted the staff we were lied too and given a BS excuse of “the new girl did it” And the older woman who was working there at the front desk? Deserved to be fired, immediately. Avoid this dump at all costs.
