Comfort Inn & Suites Glen Mills - West Chester

Good location for our planned activities, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and clean. Overall a good value for the area.

1. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky to figure out - especially at night with a poorly lit parking lot. 2. The mobility accessible room was not very accessible. The room was not near the entrance or elevators. It was a long walk with the walker down the hallway for my spouse every time we came or left. The shower was a step- over tub instead of a walk- in, so it was impossible for my spouse to get into it. I had to roll the desk chair into the bathroom up to the edge of the tub so he could lean forward to use the hand- held shower. This made daily showers difficult and they required a floor clean-up afterwards.

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint

The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable

If your looking for somewhere to stop by to enjoy the Fall activities I would definitely recommend the hotel. Its fairly priced. The breakfast ends pretty early so I never got to eat it but other than that McDonald’s is right across the street and there are two ither great Finer options very close by.

Clean quiet right price

Staff at front counter - Indian - were not unfriendly but not friendly either. Slow to check in took about 10 min all the while holding my card and license unnecessarily. Can’t understand how a prebooked room online though Expedia should take ten minutes at 10pm at night to check in?? Just felt like a lot of unnecessary waiting and no friendly banter to help justify it was just him punching keys and looking at his screen. Sort of u comfortable like “what are you doing holding my credit card for so long?” Run it and give it back. Creepy
