My reservation was cancelled at 6:53 We arrived at7:15 to find that there were no rooms available! They left a voicemail which I missed but did NOT confirm with a text msg which I would have gotten I was 10 hrs in a car and No hotel room Staff was unapologetic and somewhat rude You just lost a customer
