Великолепно! Отличный вид из окна на океан. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Вкусные завтраки, но лучше приходить пораньше, когда не так много людей. Переживали, что недалеко аэропорт, но все было великолепно. Ни разу не слышали самолетов за весь отдых. Отличный пляж, мало людей, вдали от людных пляжей Додунхая. Довольны отдыхом очень.

It would be nice if the hotel could provide bus transportation to the city center and some tourist attractions. “During our visit to the Buddhist temple and statue complex, we experienced some confusion and inconvenience. After arriving, we had to make separate payments at different locations for transportation, entrance fees, sightseeing trains, boat rides, and other services, which was unclear and inconvenient. As we do not speak Chinese, this limited our willingness to explore more attractions and services.” “The data eSIM sold on the first floor of the hotel seemed expensive, so I did not purchase it and instead bought a data plan online. It also seemed that the hotel could generate additional revenue by creating tour routes to nearby attractions and simplifying the payment process, so that guests would not need to pay separately at multiple locations.”

The only thing I love is Renata,who really saves our vacation)None of the staff speaks english and not even try to help you,the only person that smiles and say hello on this hotel is Renata and lady cleaning the room.The so called heated pool is terribly cold,the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and rooms,facing the street really face the airport and busy road.

Единственное приятное впечатление было от русскоговорящей сотрудницы Ренаты,остальной персонал просто игнорирует все вопросы,т.к. не знают ни слова по английски.Бассейн холодный,завтраки скудные,очень далеко от всего.

En particular quiero destacar la espectacular atención de 3 empleados del hotel: Renata y George en Frontdesk y Hasan en los restaurantes. Sin ellos, nuestra estancia habría sido muy mala. Eran las 3 únicas personas que hablaban inglés dentro del staff del hotel y estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de ayudarnos con la comunicación y con lo que hiciera falta. Gracias a ellos pasamos unas hermosas vacaciones.

Solo Renata, George y Hasan hablan inglés. La comunicación es tremendamente difícil aún utilizando traductor. El resto del personal no se esforzaba por entender ni por hacerse entender. Se puede fumar en todo el predio abierto del hotel. Esto es, había personas fumando tabaco al costado de las piscinas infantiles, frente a los niños, con todo el humo y el olor yéndoles encima. Eso fue muy desagradable.

Все очень понравилось! Понравились детские развлечения, чистая красивая территория, прекрасный пляж. Завтраки и ужины были очень вкусные и разнообразные.

Прямо через дорогу — прекрасный песочный пляж, особенно удобный для отдыха с детьми. Для маленьких гостей здесь предусмотрено огромное количество организованных мероприятий: детям действительно есть чем заняться, и скучать им не приходится ни минуты. Персонал отеля заслуживает отдельной похвалы — сотрудники всегда доброжелательные, внимательные и искренне стараются помочь в любой ситуации. Чувствуется забота о каждом госте. Инфраструктура отеля впечатляет: картинг, дартс, бильярд, VR-очки, игровые автоматы, фотостудия, прачечная и многое другое — всё продумано до мелочей и доступно для комфортного отдыха всей семьёй. Питание на высшем уровне: еда очень вкусная, разнообразная и качественная. В целом, отдых оставил исключительно положительные эмоции. Всё было просто супер!
