Room could of been more cleaner

AC wasn’t working at all . I called down to the receptionist and she didn’t do anything . Next morning went down stairs spoke to Mary and still waiting for refund . The Indian ppl don’t really like for their clients to eat the breakfast they provide which it’s not good at all rather eat a breakfast biscuit from McDonalds .

I would not recommend. The hotel building looked pretty ran down. The upkeep was horrible. My family and I traveled 9 hours and made it to the hotel early, around 3am. The first room given to us smelled awful. The smell had us standing in the hallway. I immediately went downstairs, and they switched us to another room. This room smelled bad as well, but not like the first room. Room service never came to the room to clean or provide fresh towels. For breakfast, my mom ended up drinking spoiled milk that made her sick the entire stay. Oh, and that same morning, there was a stranger who walked up to us and advised us to check our vehicles because his truck had been broken into, and he was told it was the 3 incident that happened there that week! I regret wasting my time and money here; it was the worst experience ever.
