Staff, food and price were all on par. Issues were with room itself. Suite room-only one remote for two TVs, no sheets/blankets for pull out couch, phone wouldn’t work to call, so had to walk downstairs to ask. Hotel was “out of remotes” when asked. Also, despite thermostat being set at 72, and on heat, only cold kept coming out of unit.

"Get a new bed"

The side closest to the reading light of the king sized bed sanked. So I slept on the other side, not a deal breaker, but for the price I paid this shouldn't have happened.

The hotel is located conveniently in Kingsport. Plenty of food for breakfast and well maintained eating area. The hotel is dated, ie the couch in the room needs replacing.

Excellent stay. Super clean and comfortable! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Front Desk Manager Mike has excellent customer service! Breakfast was delicious! Definitely will use this hotel if in the area again.
