Nice personal. Clean room.

NO ELEVATOR!!! I have never stayed at a hotel without an elevator! We had to drag the luggage up! Not happy about that. O ice bucket, water or cups. No shampoo. :( We had loud neighbors. Thin walls, I guess. Not a lot can be done about that, I understand.

"Clean and Nice Hotel!"

Hotel was clean and smelled amazing! Our room including bathroom was always clean and done after we got back from our morning hunt. Everyone was friendly. Kimberly at the front desk was very personable and had great conversation with her.

Nothing to mention.

"We will never stay here again"

My husband turned on the light and saw a roach. The front staff said that it may have been a water bug. There is no such thing. Only offered to put him in another room. If you have roaches, they are most likely in every room.

"Cockroaches..."

We found bugs, cockroaches to be precise, in the bathroom AND on the bedsheets. We were allowed to change rooms, but it is still unacceptable to have such poor cleanliness. We would very much appreciate a commercial gesture !
