Excellent service from start to finish(airport pickup- airport drop-off). Luxury hotel which is well placed for the key sites in Kuwait(albeit the immediate area is somewhat under development). Very friendly, professional and attentive staff- I would happily stay again when in Kuwait.

"Exceptional"

This property was great and the staff was excellent. The pool was great and the room was clean and comfy. Room service was really quick, too! The only problem in the room was that the TV speakers weren't the best and sometimes made a loud vibrating sound. All in all not a problem. I was also able to walk to the souk Sharq and Kuwait Towers.

"Great place in downtown Kuwait"

A great base in Kuwait City, super-friendly, great service, including complementary shuttle to and from Kuwait airport (you can email in advance of arrival to book), comfortable, spacious rooms. The hotel made an effort to put us on a high floor where construction work around the hotel is not bothersome (and views are enjoyable). Nice café downstairs in the lobby area. The Corniche (Gulf) is a short walk away.

"Business travel to Kuwait"

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and appreciate the staff for their courtesy and support especially Ms. Ann (from Bosnia) who was all along helpful, cheerful and polite. I would go on record to put her name in the best of staff in that hotel. One thing that irritated me as there is no options for English movie channels in the TV expect for one MBC2. That's is a pity in this hotel. They should address this as not all the guests are Arabic nationals. Manivelan Director Fuji Electric France

"Exceptional"

Due to the flight schedule, I requested an early check-in in the morning, fortunately the hotel had accepted it. Thank you. The staff were very friendly in the process and the private dinner of room service was very good. If someone asks me to recommend a hotel for business trip, I strongly recommend this hotel.
