"Good place to stay before your flight or after late arrival; several advertised services not availab"

Comfort, bathroom

BAD WiFi in our room; kept dropping our connection - had to go out t o lobby to reconnect, then back to the room, where the connection got dropped again after a few minutes.

Un bon petit déjeuner très varié. Le personnel était présent en tout temps pour rapporter les aliments manquants. Le restaurant était grand et invitant. Le service de navette est rapide. Le personnel était aimable, souriant et prêt à nous aider en tout temps. L’emplacement est intéressant parce qu’il y a des restaurants et un centre commercial qu’on peut faire à pieds.

"a pleasant surprise and most welcome after some not so good hotel choices."

the staff were extremely helpful friendly and courteous. any request was dealt with quickly. the hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle bus was offered (and accepted) the rooms were very nice. the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from, including hot omlettes, bacon and sausage if you wanted them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future.

"Excellent and peaceful stay."

Our hostess Christina, was a super helpful person for our accommodation. Super friendly and helped us straighten out our Uber misfortune to explain to them they got the Holiday Inn Express, Blagnac misidentified with another IHG location. Uber actually cancelled the charge. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and welcoming staff.
