Nothing the place is disgusting and the front desk lady at night definitely needs a different job she is the rudest person I've ever run across

Blood on the floor around the toilet and front desk had my wife and daughter removed from the hotel because my wife asked to be moved to a different room

"Exceptional"

The room was beyond amazing, but the staff alone was beyond amazing and very helpful. Friday night the 2 employees working the front desk went above and wat beyond. Our vehicle would not start, they came out and helped in every way possible but it still wouldn't start. The next morning, the 2 other employees working the front desk did the exact same went above and way beyond to help us get our vehicle started so we could finally get home as we live 5 hours away up in the U.P.

There was nothing to not like. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Your staff is truly amazing
