"Top of my list for Sofia"

Definitely, Crowe Plaza will be on top of my list for when I return to Sofia. The food from room service and the drinks from the bar that is placed next to the reception were very good. The Staff were very helpful and friendly, always talking nicely, Miss Nerry from the balinesse massage was amazing, I totally recommend her and Crown Plaza.

Maybe the pool water can be slightly warmer, but this is not something that can stop you from enjoying the spa area.
