Parking is kinda hectic
The staff were friendly and checkin was easy. In our room the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, dried globs of soap in the bathtub, the pool was really cold, and had issues with the key cards working in doors for entering the building and the pool area.
Room was great, KING BEDS! Breakfast is typical of a hotel. Pool water was a little cold but kids still swam.
Nice hotel
I rented a two bedroom suite. There was no where to sit besides the bed. There was a separate sitting area but all that was there was a desk. The tv remotes did not work.
Rooms are spacious. The entire facility is very clean and comfortable.
Handicap need mother and I stayed during a blizzard. Handicap available bathroom was amazing! The staff helped get my car out of ice and my Mom in the car safely in the morning. All staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!
