Comfort Inn Dayton South

Lovely weekend getaway with my husband. Warm & welcoming fireplace when we entered the hotel was a great start to our stay. Check in was fast & staff was very friendly. Rooms were lovely & had everything we needed. Breakfast was delightful & more than expected. 10/10 for this stay! Will keep this location in mind when in the area again.

The beds are to high I'm 5'9 and I had to climb on to the bed. If you had any kind of physical disability or old age you would never get in bed

Was easy to get to. The lady at the front desk was ve r y nice even though one of my rooms had been canceled and payment was taken out before I got to the hotel

The beds were to high you needed a steps stool to get in t he bed. They had free breakfast Friday was Good they had plenty to pick from but Saturday all they had was eggs was a little disappointed

Staff was very nice particularly the person who checked me in on Friday night.

The first room has dried blood on the sheets. We were then moved to another room which also had blood on the sheets. The breakfast lacking and the morning desk shift was rude. There was never an apology or check up call from the manager. I would have been mortified if I found out a customer had found that. When asked over and over why the stained sheets were not being thrown away with no answer she then called the cops. This is someone else's bodily fluid that they are continuing to use over and over and sometimes not even cleaning. I've already reported the hotel and I'm following up on answers. I spent nearly $600 for this nonsense. Unbelievable.

After staying at hotels across the World I have never ever been treated like this anywhere! My husband is a disabled veteran and was refused a handicap room as we booked the handicap room thru a third party! We were forced to pay full price again even though we had proof we already paid for a non refundable handicap room! Ashley the rude girl at the front desk should never be allowed to work with the public. She purposely gave us a room on the 2nd floor as far down away from the elevator as she could find. This after already telling us there were only 2 rooms staying at the entire hotel and there was no free hot breakfast as advertised. My disabled husband was waiting in the car and I went down to explain to her he can’t walk that far and that’s when she demanded we pay again to get a handicap room on the first floor. The manager was called and she wasn’t a whole lot better and also said we had to pay double. I will be taking this further as this is total discrimination against a disabled person. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn’t ever stay there again when we visit our family in the area.
