The Breakfast was very good, many options to choose from. the lady's running took care of refilling items as needed, picked up finished plates, asked how was everything, and were cleaning the tables as quickly as possible for the next guest.

The fridge and AC in our room was not working to well. When I notified the front desk the lady really didn't seem to care. I called the next morning and went back down to the desk and they said there's nothing that could be done. That was the only issue we had the room was very warm, couldn't get it to cool down.

We asked for connecting rooms but were given rooms across the hall and down a few from each other. We were on the second floor and had to listen to the elephant stopping around most of the night above us along with a lot of little kids making noise in the hall. Won't be going back.

I like the cleanliness of the room, the towel and bed sheet set. I didn't smell something uncomfortable in the room, in the hotel lobby, in the hallway, and in the elevator. The free breakfast was good. The decorations were pretty for the Christmas and New Year. Morning call for waking up was completed. The landline phone in the room was excellent.

I didn't like the noise from the AC unit. Even if I turned off the AC in my room, I could hear the noise from other units. I heard noise from the next door, too. During the night, I heard the helicopter come many times, which caused a lot of noise in the air. I didn't have a nice sleep that night.

Another great experience at HIE. Check in/out were both quick and easy and the personnel were friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed (king) was very comfortable. Love the mattresses HIE uses. Even the pillows were better than average - not too firm, not too soft. Good selection of channels on the TV. The parking lot was almost full, but our room was very quiet. Easy access off IH10. The breakfast was typical, good to get you going in the morning. Love the cinnamon rolls. Appreciate they have yogurt and fresh fruit. The attendants kept everything stocked and tables cleaned. Very good value.
