Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson by IHG

The breakfast they offer is second to none. Everything was fresh and stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The hot tub wasn't very hot and only one jet was working properly. But it was clean and nice otherwise.

Great location. Easy parking. 24hour coffee and tea in the lobby. Comfortable bed and pillows. Huge TV to watch World Series Keurig in room Dove products in bathroom. Fantastic breakfast

Push button blinds difficult to operate.

My experience was great. I had LOW expectations, considering that this is a Holiday Inn, but the staff, room, breakfast offerings, gym, and overall cleanliness and professionalism really blew me away. I requested additional pillows for my room, and the front desk staff delivered them right away. The staff was professional and courteous. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked for the price point. The gym was tiny but perfectly equipped for a brief stay. The breakfast buffet was super — especially the warm cinnamon buns! There were only two drawbacks: 1) this general location is absolutely swarming with drug addicts using and dealing out in the open near the adjacent freeway, so walking outside is an absolute no-go. VERY unsafe at all hours of day and night. And 2) our Diamond Elite parking spots were often taken by non-Elite members. But I’m sure that it’s unusual for IHG Diamond Elites to even choose a Holiday Inn for their stay, anyway, so these spots are almost always empty, leading people to use them. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would always recommend this location. Good job!

The breakfast was not very good. Specifically the fruit. Green bananas with spots, old-looking oranges, and tiny flavorless apples
