The breakfast was okay for this kind of hotel, but it was better than I expected. The location was really great, and we had a very nice view of the marina. Our dog loved the neighborhood. The bonus point is for the great coffee machine they have, it's grinding and brewing coffee from the beans, and the guests can have free coffee or tea any time of the day.

The 2nd building has motel style rooms with the doors going to the open air, so they're more noisy than we'd like. We could hear the road nearby pretty well.

I did not like the eggs at breakfast. Waffles would be nice to have. All other items choices for breakfast were good.
