Todo muy bien en relación al servicio-costo. El personal del área del restaurante con un excelente servicio, todo lo contrario al de parte de recepción. Su ubicación muy buena si asistes al WTC.

Good location, easy access to Tourist bus, local transportation and Uber. Close to Downtown. Hotel is under renovation so it’s not quite as expected. Also, rooms have weak WiFi, so you may have to use your cell data a lot. The breakfast bar and staff serving is good.

We ended up tranfering to the unique hotel because the toilet would not flush in this hotel and the staff took a while to help us with the problem. The mem were also a bit condescending.

Al principio fue algo caótico debido a que comenzaron a dar habitaciones justo a las 3 de la tarde y ya habia demasiadas personas esperando. Olia demasiado a pintura por las remodelaciones. Parte del personal donde desayunabas no te atendian de manera cortes. El personal de recepción siempre fue amable, la habitación estaba bastante bien.
