"Good but not great"

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was way too cold. Hot tub was very dirty. Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold and garbage overflowing. Traffic noise was loud.

I stayed 4 nights . My father passed away on Father’s Day. They would give Me a discount because it was not advance . In the end they should have knowing that situation and the fact that I could have stayed at Other hotels but I choose to stay here. With all the chaos with my father’s death and my mother having to deal with this and me having to deal with her wanting space made a hotel a good choice.

From entering the hotel to leaving was a great experience! The welcoming of the staff was awesome after a long day of travel. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature on the room was great!

TV didn't work, only one young woman on staff who couldn't leave the front desk, shower was poor and slippery, internet didn't work, all king rooms on the noisy front of hotel. Those are the top issues.
