Freeway noise was horrible!

Wonderful staff - polite professionaland gracious. Front desk is amazing. Room attendants are awesome. Dining staff is attentive, accommodating and helpful, Thank you Carmen. It is a pleasure to be here and we look forward to our future visits.

Have been staying at holiday inn since 2014. Always a great stay. Staff is friendly and Velia always makes sure my room is cleaned and fresh. Her staff is fantastic and helps in any way they can.

We stay here often. We always have great experiences. The service is great; all the staff are friendly and helpful. Marcelina and Velia, the housekeeping team, are excellent, they did a great job and very accommodating. Thank you.

Great staff. Very nice rooms. Good location near the highway and food places.

The rooms are nice, but the lighting is dim. Hard to do work in the room with such dim lighting. This was my third time at this hotel and one thing I believe would help would be an effort at a quiet time starting at either 10 or 11 pm. The hotel can be noisy and guests in the pool area and sitting area can be loud spoiling the comfort of other guests. Ear plugs or buds may be a good item to pack if you stay here - and do not get a room with windows facing the pool area.

It was an amazing stay from beginning to end. Front desk person provided superb customer service, the room was very clean, Carmen service at Breakfast was also superb. We arrived to breakfast almost at closing time with my 91 yr old parents and she made sure we knew we didn’t have to rush. She closed when we had grabbed all the breakfast items needed. And 20++++++++++ for providing one of the best elderly accessible restrooms in handicapped rooms. Getting them is always a struggle while traveling.

It was in a nice area and it wasn’t packed. The property was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and respectful, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed the whole stay. The breakfast was delicious and me and my family were very happy with our stay!

I liked everything about it.
