Nice spacious suite for our family of 6. Like the separate rooms. One more bathroom or toilet would have been ideal. Very clean, nice sized pool. Breakfast is not included which would have been a nice amenity. Bartender was great.

Some of the features of the room were straight up broken, including a clogged sink even though I reported the issue nothing was done about it. The room was not particularly clean and housekeeping did a poor job. The fitness room was ill equipped. There was rarely anybody at the front desk I needed something (check in, reporting sink issue, getting coffee for my room, etc.). The lack of a The lack of a free continental breakfast was a disappointment. Overall, it’s what you would expect from a much cheaper motel - generally icky.

We were absolutely shocked that there wasn’t a room darkening curtain, just a privacy blind. Since the room was on the 5th floor, that blind seems unnecessary. Had to put a pillow over my head, there wasn’t an extra blanket in the closet to use as a curtain of sorts. There was also a very disruptive guest on our corridor, but they settled down after a bit so we didn’t call the desk

Very nice, clean, well appointed room and all the staff was friendly.

Unkept overall, needs overall revamp/update with deep cleaning. Bathroom grout brown and disgusting, floor in hall by laundry/ice machine was filthy. No regular coffee K-cups (I asked at desk), hole in door that you can see through (missing lower eyepiece). Tub drained poorly. bathroom mirror blocks outlet.
