"Exceptional"

The property had hot breakfast available which was greatly appreciated. And the staff: Alex, Melissa, Amber (check-in/front desk) were extremely friendly and helpful. Beatrice (breakfast attendant) even remembered our faces & coffee orders from the previous day. They made us feel at home.

In town for a baseball tournament. Hotel was fine. I just don’t understand a parking charge. It was only $7 but why pay extra for parking?

"Refuge from winter storm"

I had to be in Midland for a New Year's Eve show with my band Zak & Nem. After a long and challenging drive through Winter Storm John, driving snow, and going 30 mph behind a big rig to use its tracks to stay on the road, I got to this hotel, and was able to check in quickly and easily. The room was big and comfortable and had everything I needed. The next morning the desk clerk gave me options for the to-go breakfast bag, again prompt and friendly.

The stay was good one of the rooms was on the front of the hotel. The security lights on the outside of the building made the room stay lit at night.

"Music in common areas to loud"

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Only complaint- music systems playing in the breakfast area was too loud but the desk personnel said they didn’t have authority to turn it down. I was the only guest down there (after breakfast) looking for a quiet place to read while my husband slept in the room.

I love this hotel❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Come into town every now and then to visit family They live 5/7 min from this location Check in is quick Rooms are spacious/clean Beds /pillows are comfortable not saggy or hard Great showerhead pressure Ac nice and COLD Will definately keep staying here!

We have stayed here before but this time it was very different: no front desk not friendly, only two towels in room, no bottled water as listed as amenities, no hand soap, hotel site lists hot breakfast and only served muffins and cold cereal, etc...
