The front desk clerk was extremely helpful upon check in as my stay was not listed in the system as I booked through Hotels.com. She was able to get me a room and smooth everything over. I think her name was Esther but I can't recall. She was wonderful!

Kitchen and room staff were great

VERY DISAPOINTED THAT THEY ONLY HAVE 1 LUGGAGE CART, AND IT WAS NOT THERE AT THE DOOR WJHEN WE LEFT . THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Breakfast was generic, neither good or bad. Location was good.

I reserved a standard King sized room but when I got there I was given a double Queen…classic bait and switch. I heard every single step taken by the occupants in the room directly above mine. Clearly lightweight and cheap materials were used to build this hotel. Bathroom finishes like drywall and caulking are inferior.
