Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dubois by IHG

The location to I80 was great. The staff was friendly, facilities were clean, room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine.

The hot tub was not hot.

The whole building is in desperate need of updating..very dirty. room was dirty, strands of hair everywhere..toliet was dirty..came to check in..no one at the desk..rang the bell 4 times..called out 3 times..rang bell again..( this all was in a time of about 15 minutes)..guy opened a door and said "2 minutes" and closed the door..when he did finally come back he was rude..i apologize for wanting to rent a room and making him made

Only negative is the location and the facility told me that they couldn’t not do a partial refund because I booked through Expedia

We had a great room, very clean, the amenities were exceptional. Breakfast was also exceptional, we will definitely return.

We did a one night stay on a road trip. The hotel was clean, friendly, and the pool and hot tub were great. Easy on and off the highway, Route 80.
