Smelled like bleach and bad decisions

Staff was very kind! Breakfast was good.

It was a little confusing to get to in the dark but google got us there. There was not freezer in the fridges and the only ice in the whole building was behind the front desk. The smell in floor 2 and in our room was a little musty and humid but it was clean. The door wasn’t sealed well and the walls were also thin because we could clearly hear conversations in the hall and doors opening and closing loudly, as well as clearly hearing children playing in the pool below out our 2nd story window. Breakfast was a good variety and the worker was diligent though cleaning up after people at food area and tables was not priority. A lot of things done adequately here but not done well.

As a solo traveler I will never stay there again.

The young redhead who checked me in was extremely rude. She Threatened to cancel my reservation, I had no idea what or why she said this to me. I was scared the entire stay. I will never go back there again. I’m not sure what’s going on at this particular hotel but you should never threaten a guest in any fashion.

Front desk staff. Specially the young redhead. Very rude.

Horrible location. The pool was cloudy, ice machine was broken, and it smelled like mold throughout the hotel.
